I want to share an incident with me while using tata docomo.
I had data pack recharge with an half month validity and had enough data balance in GBs. And suddenly i got a message
Hi! STV Recharge Successful. MRP Rs.16, Validity:2 days,65MB 3G Data Tranc ID: ############.Thank You - Tata Docomo.
I was surprised what just happened. I did not recharged my phone. Immediately I checked my balance. It was gone. Only left balance was this stupid 65MB with 2 days validity.
Immediately i called 198 (complaint number) and told them what happen. Instead of helping me they blamed me that it was your fault, you recharged this and as per our scheme your old data balance lapse. I told them that i did not recharge my phone but they keep saying that as per our scheme/policy we can not do anything.
Please comment bellow what is your point of view in this regard. Also share your experience with your Network Provider
